Return Policy
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or branding after the client has been approved artwork for printing or stitch out for embroidery for all Ex-Stock orders.  For Indent orders a full pre-production sample will be supplied for client to approve prior to mass production.

If goods are proven faulty, Capital Uniform Supplies will provide full replacement or credit you for the products and branding if applicable. Note if any goods are damaged upon arrival Capital Uniform Supplies must be notified within 14 days to be eligible for a credit or replacement or if fault is due to workmanship or material a full refund or replacement will be offered within 30 days from invoice date to be eligiable for a refund or replacement.

Graphic/Artwork Approval

Once artwork has been finalised and is given the go ahead by the customer, the garments will be decorated accroding to the customers instructions. Once items are sent to production and artwork is applied orders are not able to be cancelled as these are branded and the property of the customer.

All artwork supplied to Capital Uniform Supplies is received by Capital Uniform Supplies on the understanding that the customer has full permission to reproduce the artwork/logos. Capital Uniform Supplies will not be held responsible if a customer solicits reproduction without this permission. The responsibility is with the customer for any copyright infringements for logo use.

Artwork supplied to Capital Uniform Supplies will need to be approved by the customer in writing and it is the customers responsibility to check proofs carefully, any placement, spelling, grammar or colour mistakes that the customer has approved is the customers responsibility. Artwork proofs will clearly advise sizing, placement, colour/s of your artwork inlcuding a proof/mock up of your required decoration. We strickly do not accept verbal approvals.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
  • Capital Uniform Supplies make all efforts to ship your products to your desired destination within 1 to 4 weeks. Orders that require decoration are a minimum 2 weeks with an estimated delivery time of 4 weeks from order, due to the process of production. Any unforeseen (and unlikely) delays over this period will be advised of.
  •  Capital Uniform Supplies cannot be held responsible for delays in providing orders due to suppliers stock availability.
  • Capital Uniform Supplies will endeavour to make every effort to deliver all orders in completion as promptly as possible.
  • If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order you will be notified within 3 working days.
  • Capital Uniform Supplies cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs departments, or natural disasters.
  • Once shipped orders will take 2 – 6 working days via road courier as a guide.
  • Capital Uniform Supplies ships nationally across Australia only.

You agree to indemnify and hold Capital Uniform Supplies harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees and costs on a full indemnity basis) made against Capital Uniform Supplies by you or any third party due to, arising from or in any way connected to your access and/or use of the Website or purchase of our goods.

How long is turnaround time?
For a basic order with no add-on services, the standard turnaround time is 14 business days. Any additional add-on services extend your turnaround time, depending on the nature of your services.
