Do you sell direct to the public?
Yes we do. We are an online retailer and have access to thousands of products. If can’t find what you are looking for, contact us
Do you offer samples?
Yes we can offer samples but a sample fee will apply as we get hundreds of sample requests every year. We don’t have a minimum purchase requirment so you can simply place an order from our fantastic range. If you don’t see what you need, please contact us
Do you ship anywhere in Australia?
Yes we do. We have a fantastic courier that does flat rates Australia wide. Shipping costs are based on weight. The maximum cost for a 25kg/100L article cost no more than $25.95 including GST Australia wide.
How long does it take to recieve my products?
For stock orders not requiring decoration, your items will generally ship between 2 to 7 working days from the date of order across Australia as a general guide. Please allow an extra few days for country or remote locations.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For apparel with no decoration, there is no minimum.
For printed apparel, there is a minimum of 10 pieces.
How long is turnaround time?
For artwork approval, it’s one to two weeks.
For production and delivery, it’s about two weeks.
We do offer a rush service but may incur a small rush order fee.
How much do I have to pay to get started?
Generally we request you pay 50% upfront to cover costs and the remainder to be paid when the work has been completed ie, decoration of the garments.
What colours and sizes do we have?
All items specify their style, colour and size options so refer to the individual products you are interested in. We can supply an endless number of garments so if you can’t find what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please refer to the Size charts provided to check your sizing, to avoid any need to exchange.
What brands do you sell?
We have access to a a number of suppliers but we mainly deal with a few to maintain an excellent business relationship. The reason we do this is so you, the customer get a better price for your products. Our current suppliers are: Bocini, JB’s Wear and LW Reid.
